Job Position Description:

This role focuses on creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers, including students and grounds. Key duties and responsibilities include:


Other duties may be Assigned:
  • Performing all cleaning tasks using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
  • Tasks involve sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, furniture and equipment moving, etc.
  • Managing supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Adhering to proper PPE usage.
  • Securing and preparing facilities as needed.
  • Prior experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper beneficial.
  • On-the-job training provided for candidates displaying a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in professional janitorial services, offices, hotels, hospitals, or schools advantageous.
  • Must be adaptable, work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Contributing to a positive work environment with a cooperative attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Respecting and understanding colleagues and customers.
  • Effective English communication skills.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
  • Requires constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50lbs, and more.
  • Ability to read cleaning instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in identifying cleaning products and their uses.
