Operations Business Analyst II

We have partnered with our client in their search for an Operations Business Analyst II. This candidate will play a key role in administering ServiceNow and handling various ad hoc projects and daily operational tasks. This position involves managing and supporting ServiceNow, creating and maintaining department templates, conducting complex data analysis using advanced Excel functions, and maintaining SharePoint site content. The role requires strong collaboration with team members and stakeholders and the ability to address assignments thoughtfully and proactively.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage ServiceNow, including report writing and support.
- Provide direct support to the Director of Operations on ad hoc projects and daily operations.
- Create and maintain department templates using the MS Office suite.
- Conduct complex data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions.
- Maintain general departmental SharePoint site content.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support operational needs.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in handling assignments.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow report writing and support.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, including integrating data from multiple sources, data analysis, and using advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Office Management.
- Preferred: Healthcare, hospital/health system work experience.
