Responsibilities:
  • Precisely measure and prepare ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Assist in the preparation of appetizers, entrees, and desserts following established recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient preparation of menu items.
  • Support overall kitchen operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Prep Cook in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
  • A passion for food and culinary creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving menu items.
