BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated PC Refresh Technologist Onsite opportunity in San Antonio, TX

Position Title: PC Refresh Technologist/IT Technical Support

Location: San Antonio, TX–(Onsite)

Anticipated Start Date: 06/10/2024.

Expected Duration: 6+ months (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract – 40 HRS Weekly, Hybrid

Pay Range: $20/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

PC Refresh

Imaging, Refresh, Repair

Troubleshooting, Ticketing System

Job Description:

PC Refresh/Imaging of Hardware/Software –configuring of software, hardware, and peripherals.

Performs desk-side support services to upgrade laptops.

Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems to ensure the upgraded units are functioning properly, can connect to the network, and end user can access the devices and data.

Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system issues using established procedures.

Knowledge of common software applications.

Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.

Ability to make decisions that have a moderate impact on the immediate work unit.

Attention to detail.

2-4 years of related work experience.
