We welcome all applicants and provide comprehensive training for new therapists to help them advance as RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians). Here's how you'll impact the lives of children:
- Work individually with children with autism, enhancing their lives through exceptional therapy
- Implement behavior treatment plans based on evidence, teaching social, communication, and life skills
- Collaborate and learn from top professionals in the field, preparing for a career in behavior analysis or other mental health areas. Our offerings include:
- Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour
- Guaranteed full-time hours
Full-time teammates receive guaranteed hours with no cancellations. We provide regular reviews and raises every six months to boost your career. Qualifications we're looking for:
- A strong desire to work with autistic children and their families
- Enthusiasm to join a caring, energetic team of professionals
- A high school diploma (a bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Commitment to show up every day with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. We are equal employment opportunity providers.
