As a


Senior Business Analyst , you will work closely with our strategists, UX teams, creative designers, technology developers, project managers, and quality analysts to ensure efficient and successful implementation of digital experience programs for our clients.

This role is a critical liaison between the business and technology function, articulating the needs of the business while taking a systemic view to technology enablement, connecting the dots by understanding, articulating, and documenting the 'why' (business requirements) to the 'what' (functional requirement) and the 'how' (technical requirements).

Agnostic of technology platform or business function, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in championing the goals of the business, evaluating, and identifying possible solutions, defining requirements that meet business needs, and collaborating to gain alignment with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for our clients.


What you'll do:


Analyze, identify, and define opportunities that align to business goals, driving connected experience solutions, while collaborating with the team on a strategic vision through deliverables, presentations, and client.

Lead and own the development of business requirements that solve business goals, partneringcloselywith digital strategists,in addition to collaborating with cross-functional groups such asUX designers on functional requirements,technology leadson technical requirements,andtheQA team on test plans and acceptance criteriaas part of digital experience implementations.

Partner closely with technology leads toillustrate and document cross-platformdataflowswithinthe client'sdigitalecosystem, definingdata interchange

specifications/contracts

requiredto communicate via Application Programming Interface (API)/Serviceplatforms.
Assessthecurrent stateof client business processesto document gaps andproviderecommendations forthefuture state in line withproposed technology platformcapabilities.
Collaborate with internal project team leadersand key client stakeholdersto ensure successful project execution.
Contribute to ongoing business improvement, continuously looking for opportunities to implement improvements to processes, activities, and deliverables.
Mentor junior business analysts and team members and provide guidance in complex projects.
Assist in thedesign and implementation of standards for requirements documentation and user stories leveraging Jira/Confluence toolset.

What you bring:
7+ yearsof experienceworking on enterprisedigitalinitiatives, software development, or related IT projects as a BusinessSystemsAnalyst,orin asimilar role.
CMS experience (such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or others) required
Salesforce experience is preferred.
Strongunderstandingand familiarity withenterprisedigitalplatformssuch as CRM, ERP, PIMsystems
Strong understandingand familiarity withdatainterchangeacross the digital experience through engagement customer journey, enabled byAPIManagement platforms.
Strongunderstanding andfamiliaritywithbusiness process definition, andfunctional areas such as Commerce, Marketing Automation,Content Strategy, Personalization,Customer Servicecriticaltothe success of client initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Demonstrated experience working within Product teams, as a Product Owner is a plus. Relevant Product Ownership and Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO / CSPO are a double plus. (preferred)
Strong understanding of Agilemethodologiesanddigitaldesign/development lifecycle; experience withJira/Confluence toolset (preferred).
UAT and testingexperience(preferred).
