Aldridge Pite Haan, LLP is a multi-state law firm offering consumer and commercial collection services. We provide opportunities for advancement, yearly reviews for pay increases and great benefits.

We are looking to add Garnishment Clerks to our team. Job functions and core competencies may include but not limited to:

  • Proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Operate in a team environment
  • Processing legal documents
  • Takes initiative in face of obstacles and identifies what needs to be done and takes action
  • Prints and prepares pleadings for attorney review
  • Overall good work ethic and willingness to adapt to change.

Experience preferred but we will train the right person. This position will be on a hybrid schedule though it is not guaranteed to be indefinite. Training will be in office. Once training is complete then 3 days per week will be spent in office and the rest remote.

Job Type: Full-time
