Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist culinary management in various administrative and personnel matters, including scheduling, training, and more.
- Prepare food according to specifications outlined on Banquet Event Orders.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following sanitation standards and procedures.
- Keep equipment operational by following maintenance procedures and calling for repairs when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Previous food preparation experience in a restaurant environment.
- Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
- Completion of criminal background check and drug screening.

Desired Qualifications & Traits:
- Prior leadership experience.
- Strong teamwork skills.

- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
