Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Collaborate with the business to identify talent requirements and implement strategies for recruiting diverse talent across the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer acceptance, including coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, drafting offer letters, and negotiating terms.
• Source passive candidates using a variety of tools, networks, and approaches for current and future opportunities.
• Screen candidates to present top talent that meets business needs and provide recommendations to the hiring team.
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and Human Resources.
• Assist HR with pre-employment duties and onboarding processes as necessary.
• Undertake any other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field
• Proficiency in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar job boards
• Skilled in MS Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proactive in learning about the company's industry, competitors, and innovative talent acquisition techniques
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced team environment and take ownership of tasks
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional candidate experiences
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Prior agency recruiting background preferred
• Knowledge in automotive/fleet repair & maintenance industry is a bonus
