What does the Tax Manager do?

  • Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
  • Conducting tax research and staying up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations as Tax Manager
  • Providing expert advise on tax planning, optimization, and strategies to minimize tax liabilities
  • Identifying and addressing clientspecific tax issues and opportunities as Tax Manager
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns as Tax Manager
  • Supervising and mentoring junior tax professionals, providing guidance and fostering their professional development
What is needed in a Tax Manager?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
  • Expertise in tax compliance, planning, and research
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
