- Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room, returning equipment to its proper location, and performing closing duties like storing reusable goods and locking doors.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station.
- Transport dirty linen, separate napkins from tablecloths, restock linen shelves, and practice clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Assist other departments as needed for optimal guest service.
- Follow company policies, report incidents, maintain a professional appearance, and provide excellent guest service.
- Support team goals, ensure quality standards, and perform various physical tasks.
