Job Summary:

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and building strong partnerships? Someone who is self-driven and is an independent worker, capable of thriving with minimal supervision? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a chemical sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating partnerships with dairies in the Tulare area, providing them with high-quality chemical solutions, and establishing the skills necessary to transition into the role of Account Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new dairy clients and maintain existing relationships.
• Work to learn and understand the unique needs and challenges of dairy operations and recommend chemical solutions to address them.
• Maintain and control truck inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply on the move.
• Oversee barn wash operations: Conduct weekly inspections and audits to ensure proper functioning.
• Manage dip chemical systems: Monitor and maintain chemical levels and track weekly usage trends.
• Supervise chemical delivery systems: Continuously monitor operations for efficiency and safety.
• Maintain chemical safety: Ensure proper labeling of containers, hoses, and chemical systems.
• Continuous Professional Development: Obtain necessary training and certifications for role excellence.
