Current Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and empathetic Fee-for-Service (FFS) Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team. Your main responsibility will be to collect blood samples from patients for various lab tests, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for each patient.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct venipunctures and skin punctures to retrieve blood samples.
  • Ensure accurate identification and labeling of all specimens.
  • Maintain precise and well-organized records of all samples collected.
  • Adhere to strict safety and infection control procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and address any patient issues.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to guarantee the prompt processing of samples.

Requirements:

  • Certified Phlebotomist with relevant training and certifications.
  • At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Dedication to upholding patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
