This role, initially part-time, has the potential to transition into a full-time position as we expand our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, set up, and maintain VPN servers across multiple platforms to support our SAAS solutions.
- Implement robust security measures by adhering to the latest cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on network and server infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity and performance to minimize downtime.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures for all VPN configurations.
- Collaborate closely with our IT staff to integrate VPN services seamlessly with our existing network infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in VPN server setup and management, with a deep understanding of network security principles.
- Familiarity with encryption protocols and VPN technologies such as OpenVPN and IPSec.
