The Branch Manager is responsible for the full scope of the operational functions of their division. This role manages a team of technicians,
SERVICEcoordinators, and project managers, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

This position will identify and implement strategies to improve operational productivity and efforts to achieve/exceed the financial targets of the division.

The Branch Manager will have overall responsibility for new business development, customer retention, employee engagement, P&L management, and operational effectiveness.

Lead and manage the operations team by setting performance goals, providing guidance and support, conducting regular performance evaluations, and addressing personnel issues.

o Drive a positive teamwork culture for all division employees.


o Responsible for allocation and proper utilization of resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials for all projects and service requests.

Customer Relationship Management:

SERVICE


o Ensure customer satisfaction is always at the forefront, with a heavy focus on relationship building, nurturing, delivering high-quality services, and promptly addressing customers' concerns if they arise.

o In partnership with Business Development, develop market strategies across the local region to drive growth and competitive intelligence.

Operational Performance:

o Develop and implement operational plans specific to the division, considering revenue and profitability targets by establishing procedures, workflows, and schedules to optimize service delivery and project execution while ensuring financial objectives are met.


P&L Management:
o Responsible for full scope P&L management of the branch.

Actively contributing to revenue generation through identifying new business opportunities to drive growth, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating with the Sales team to secure new service contracts.


SERVICEIS HIGH PRIORITY $


o Partner closely with Finance to monitor costs and expenses within your division to ensure they are within budget and align with revenue targets focusing on optimizing operational efficiencies to drive positive impact on division profitability.


JOB DESCRIPTION


Evaluate the financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability to help you make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as necessary.


Health & Safety:


o Commit to a culture of Safety and work with Safety partners to ensure employees have the required tools and PPE for the work being conducted.

o Establish quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with fire and life safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Education, Licensure & Certifications:

  • High school diploma is required; however, a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • MUST HAVE P&L MANAGEMENT

MUST HAVE BRANCH MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE NICET Level 111 in related fire protection systems preferred.

HVAC Industry experience a PLUS

Must have a minimum of 10 years of industry-related experience, specifically focused on service and/or construction.


10 years experience in Service, Testing and Inspection of Fire protection systems preferred This includes Fire Alarms ,Fire Sprinklers, Special Hazards and Suppressions Systems.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Experience with leading service coordination, technician workflows, and project execution is important

Knowledge, Skills, Capabilities:

  • Strong knowledge of fire and life safety regulations, codes, and industry best practices. Specifically related to resource allocation, project management, scheduling, and quality assurance. NICET Level lll in related fire protection systems
  • Proven ability to successfully manage operational P&L activity.
Solid understanding of operational processes, resource allocation, and project management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with employees and customers.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
