We are on the lookout for individuals keen on embarking on a licensing journey through our Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards as per OSHA regulations and Interstates' protocols
- Measure, cut, and shape conduit using appropriate tools
- Utilize power tools like drills, saws, and pullers
- Install conductors in raceways and cable trays using manual and power tools
- Assist in positioning and fastening objects like wiring and conduits
- Undertake minor repairs on electrical equipment
- Handle material transport and equipment support for Electricians
- Work at heights using various equipment
- Execute general maintenance tasks
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors
Desired Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Candidates with a background in electrical/electrical technology or 1-2 years of related experience are preferred.
Location and Travel Expectations for Apprentice Electricians: This role involves travel within the Lubbock, TX Regional vicinity (typically within 200 miles of the office). Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Per Diem and mileage allowances are in line with company policies.
