We're Looking for a Maintenance Technician for The Lorient in Edina

Who are you? You are an Organized self-starter who enjoys fixing and maintaining properties. Greco Properties is seeking a jack-of-all-trades Maintenance Technician / Captain of Curb Appeal at one of our luxury residential apartment buildings, Corsa. This property is brand new and has 250 units.

Summary

Execution and support of essential daily grounds and maintenance upkeep, preventative maintenance, and monthly turnover for Class A, luxury apartments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Organized self-starter and motivated, with strong work ethic, excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Maintenance or similar field experience preferred
  • Pool License
  • Extended hours for turnover work may be necessary
