Wings Air Helicopters based at Westchester County Airport (HPN) in White Plains, NY is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join their team. They have been operating since 2002 and provide various helicopter services such as charter, unique experiences, tours, flight training, and aerial cinematography.

Their commitment to delivering an exceptional flight adventure starts with the sales team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, polished, dependable, and detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. The Sales Associate will support the Sales and Marketing Manager with tasks like managing the sales calendar, email communication, LinkedIn networking, and outreach calls. As the face of the company, you will be a specialist in their services, propose innovative solutions to potential clients, and drive new sales.

This role is mainly home-based with a flexible schedule of a minimum of 20 hours per week, including some weekends. The Sales Associate has the opportunity to receive additional sales commission linked to the company's revenue growth. The candidate should be located in the Eastern US time zone and be willing to participate in team meetings at the HPN office occasionally.

Job Description:

  • Support the Sales and Marketing Manager with the sales calendar and email communication;
  • Research and reach out to potential clients through various channels and maintain a lead database;
  • Address inquiries about services from current and potential clients, suggest additional services and upsell;
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences, both nationally and internationally;

Requirements:

  • Valid US work authorization;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Based locally;
  • Sales background.

Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Knowledge of foreign languages;
  • Interest or experience in aviation.
