JOB OPENING:

Key Position Details:
- $5000 Signing Bonus Eligible

Work Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Every 4th Weekend Rotation
- Non-contract

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient and family needs assessments
  • Maintain proficiency in patient care practice and skills
  • Incorporate evidence-based nursing practice
  • Collaborate to establish realistic patient outcomes
  • Coordinate care effectively and safely
  • Fulfill all organizational requirements
  • Additional roles: Charge Nurse, Preceptor
  • Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Vocational degree
  • 2+ years of RN experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Case Management experience
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in MN or WI
  • BLS certification required
  • CHPN and CMGT-BC certifications preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
Physical Demands:
Medium Work - Lifting up to 32 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently
