Hospital Based Group: Join a team of 8 pediatricians. Responsibilities include phone call coverage with a ratio of 1:9.
Outpatient Focus: Primarily outpatient duties with no inpatient or newborn care rounds.
Centralized Location: Practice out of a single clinic situated on the hospital premises.
Flexible Schedule: Work a 4-day week with the option for 5 days if preferred. Most days require 9-10 hours of work.
Patient Load: Expect to see and treat 18-20 patients per day during a standard work week.
Work-Life Balance: No weekend shifts except for on-call duties.
