Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Brookdale South Windsor

As a nurse at Brookdale South Windsor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a nurturing environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring resident care in alignment with prescribed treatment plans and documenting their responses
  • Administering medications and ensuring the safety of the medicine supply
  • Adhering to company protocols and procedures

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid LPN or LVN license as per state regulations.
