Exciting Opportunity to Join Hotchkiss Team
Hotchkiss is currently in a phase of growth and is looking for ambitious professionals with strong business acumen to enhance our team. This role offers the chance to cultivate lasting partnerships in the business sector, leading to a steady stream of income over time.
- Identify, engage, and reach out to potential clients within the local business community utilizing diverse sales strategies
- Maintain a focused list of clients across different industry verticals
- Collaborate with various departments to cross-sell and provide top-notch service to current clients
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to both existing and prospective clients, focusing on new business opportunities and renewals
- Offer year-round consultancy services to clients on strategic planning, compliance, wellness, and cost-saving techniques
- Work closely with Account Executives and Managers to ensure proactive management of client accounts
Qualifications:
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree
- Texas Life & Health license is a plus
- Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Prior experience in B2B prospecting is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in delivering impactful group presentations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and modern technology
