At Heart and Vascular Wellness Center, we're dedicated to providing exceptional cardiovascular care to our patients. As the Practice Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of practice management, from administrative tasks to staff supervision, financial management, regulatory compliance, patient relations, business operations, facilities/property management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations to optimize workflow and ensure quality care.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure accurate billing processes.
Staff Supervision and Development:
  • Lead recruitment, training, and mentorship of staff members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment.
Financial Management:
  • Develop and monitor the practice budget to ensure financial stability.
  • Implement strategies to optimize revenue generation.
  • Coordinate billing processes and collections.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry standards and implement necessary updates.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify compliance risks.
Patient Relations:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop patient engagement initiatives and coordinate outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Business Development, Operations, Facilities/Property Management and Marketing:
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize efforts.
  • Manage business tenants, facilities, buildings, property etc.
Requirements:
  • A combination of experience and/or education (open to both)
  • Previous experience in medical practice management required.
  • Understanding of cardiology and cardiovascular health preferred.
