Property Management Procure to Pay (P2P) Analyst

About the Role:

This position is part of the Property Management Procure to Pay (P2P) Support team. As an Analyst, you will provide support and technical assistance to Property Management users, addressing complex issues while meeting service level expectations. Your responsibilities will include identifying issues, researching causes, and offering solutions to Property Management teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding P2P processes and capabilities.
  • Resolve complex issues, including escalated requests from lower level support staff.
  • Research and support P2P modules and test processes using defined guidelines.
  • Develop relationships with P2P system users.
  • Gather information on areas of improvement and recommend changes to increase user satisfaction.
  • Log work tickets and provide end-users with explanations on efficient system usage.
  • Follow procedures for complex problems, evaluating business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating into proper system specifications.
  • Deliver training materials, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Lead by example, embodying behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of your work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and ensure comprehension.

What You'll Need:

  • 2-5 years of equivalent work experience in a similar field.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and solve complex problems in various situations.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make informed judgments.
  • Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to new ideas and procedures.
  • Understanding of key property management terms and principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a curious mindset.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
