Join us as we are in search of experienced GPS Operators. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a GPS Blade Motorgrader to ensure the accurate spreading and leveling of dirt, gravel, and stone to meet grade specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience operating GPS Blade Equipment.
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance & operation.
• Background in heavy road construction work.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screenings and physical assessments.
• Familiarity with safety standards and protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Aptitude to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety.

Attention to safety regulations and guidelines is crucial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
• Perform maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.
• Maneuver equipment accurately according to loading crew signals.
• Utilize equipment for grading, finishing, excavating, and other construction tasks.
• Operate equipment on public roads with caution.
• Address equipment issues and discuss productivity challenges with team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Execute additional construction duties as assigned.
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
