The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (1A facility) is actively seeking a full time Geriatric physician to join our team in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Join us in our mission to provide Veterans the world-class benefits and services they have earned.

Highlights:
Consultation service with interdisciplinary teamTypical shift M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm, no callPrimarily inpatient with 2 -1/2 day outpatient clinicsQuality focused-average new consults 1-2 per day and 3-5 follow-up patientsOpportunities for faculty appointment and to teach residents/fellowsLocated in beautiful, affordable IndianapolisUp to $200K in loan repayment opportunity availableQualifications:MD or DO degreeBE/BC Geriatric physicianCurrent full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.VA offers... a comprehensive total rewards package:Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50–55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA
Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement)
CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification)
