Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction field operations to ensure projects are completed as per design, budget, and schedule
  • Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements
  • Control project costs and schedules, overseeing the quality and safety of on-site work
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize project delivery and resolve construction issues
  • Coordinate material and equipment procurement, subcontractor activities, and project-specific needs
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility within the project team
  • Work closely with engineering to enhance constructability during design phases
Additional Project Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise Sub-Contractors activities to ensure efficient project progress
  • Coordinate work scope with different Project Contractors and support interdepartmental coordination
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and project schedules
  • Establish effective communication channels between project departments to streamline activities
Working Relationships:
  • Internal: collaborate with contractors, HSEQ, and project management teams
  • External: engage with clients on operational matters
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Relevant technical diploma/apprenticeship or equivalent experience (ISCED Level 5)
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 15 years' field construction experience in a related industry
