Schedule:
- 4 hour shift

Work Location: Tigard, Tualatin, West Lynn, Beaverton, Lake Oswego and surrounding areas
Responsibilities
• Provide companionship and basic care to clients in designated areas
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition
• Be a supportive role in assisting clients in their activities of daily living
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
• Provide care in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Promote a positive image of the organization and profession
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and vehicle is preferred, with proof of insurance preferred
