Role Overview:

As a Channel Supervisor, you will lead and oversee a team responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with designated channel partners. You will be assigned to partners based on geography, channel, or market, sharing accountability for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The role involves representing the full spectrum of company products and services to assigned partners while potentially focusing on a specific solution or product range tailored to a particular partner vertical market. In collaboration with partner sales resources, you will sell through partner organizations to end users, ensuring the attainment of set targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals in assigned partner accounts.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing the sales team
  • Developing new business and maximizing growth with existing partners
  • Ensuring timely reporting of openings and closures


Additional Responsibilities:
  • Driving daily sales
  • Coordinating sales agent activities like meetings and training initiatives
  • Creating agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation
  • Analyzing monthly financial statements
  • Managing assigned staff, setting individual goals, and evaluating results
  • Developing necessary sales reports


Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills

Preferred:
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish

Behaviors:

Ability to drive high-level sales volume and fee generation, demonstrate strong motivation and team building skills. Capable of teaching and coaching others to surpass sales goals by mastering sales processes. Effective presentation and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
