Specifically:

Urgently hiring a compassionate caregiver to provide early morning care for an in-home client living near Hancock Expy & Jetwing Drive Shifts are increments of 2 or 5 hours, rotating each weekday with a start time of 5:00am Monday - Friday or 6:30am each Saturday-Sunday . Caregiving tasks for this specific client include, but are not limited to, meal prep, light housekeeping, dressing, bathing, wheelchair transfers, catheter care & a bowel program. We are open to hiring multiple caregivers for this unique opportunity to serve our client 7 days a week. (Sample shift below)

Sample Schedule:

Monday 5:00 am to 10:00 am

Tuesday 5:00 am to 7:00 am

Wednesday 5:00 am to 10:00 am

Thursday 5:00 am to 7:00 am

Friday 5:00 am to 10:00 am

Saturday 6:30 am to 8:30 am

Sunday 6:30 am to 11:30 am
  • Have a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Have current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it prior to hire.
  • Performs simple procedures under the direction, training and supervision of the client while following all policies and procedures (as described above).
  • Reports observed or reported changes in the client's condition and/or needs to the supervisor.
  • Checks the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) regularly and reports errors in the schedule to the office staff immediately.
  • Documents all care provided to clients using the EMR. Charts arrival and departure times, travel times, and task codes. Notifies office staff immediately of any charting difficulties.
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Home health field environment with a high level of contact with others, which may require personal protective equipment. A considerable amount of time is also spent walking and bending.
