Job DescriptionEsteemed structural steel fabricator is seeking a talented and driven Estimator to play a crucial role in their expanding organization.

Join us and be part of an exciting journeyResponsibilities:Review drawings, prepare takeoffs, and create proposals.
Estimate project engineering hours.
Track outstanding proposals and aid in sales projections.
Review revised project drawings for scope changes and prepare change orders.
Communicate with clients regarding bid scope, due dates, etc.
Additional responsibilities may include project coordination, shop drawing reviews, submittal preparation, etc., based on candidate's skills and experience.
Requirements:
Relevant experience is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of steel detailing, estimating, or steel fabrication is advantageous.
High School diploma required; Associates degree or higher is a plus.
Enthusiastic with a desire to succeed and develop technical skills.
Strong attention to detail, logical problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work well in a team or independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Software skills with BlueBeam, Excel, and Trimble Connect are advantageous.
Ability to read construction documents is a plus.
