Position Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach who will play a key role in supporting our NCAA Division III tennis program. This position involves various responsibilities such as recruiting, player development, and contributing to the overall success of the team. The assistantship offers valuable benefits including tuition remission, a meal plan, and a stipend.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the head coach on strategic planning for matches and practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to athletes on volleyball techniques and game strategies.
  • Ensure academic support for student-athletes.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the campus community.
  • Assist in equipment management.
  • Perform any additional tasks delegated by the coaching staff and athletic department.
Requirements
  • Prior coaching or playing experience.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to handle athletic equipment.
  • Availability to travel with the team.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Alignment with North Park University's Christian educational mission.
