Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members, guardians, funding agencies, and the community to uphold Clarity Care's values of care and excellence.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment, retention, and other HR processes to ensure a qualified workforce.
- Assess new referrals and consumer needs in coordination with the team.
- Participate in consumer planning meetings and ensure service plans are followed.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with special needs.
- Experience in training is a plus.
- Familiarity with human service systems.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving standards.
- Successfully pass background checks.
