Position Summary
The Sr. Clinical Affairs Manager in Interventional Urology plays a key role in delivering professional education and support to surgeons, staff, and employees. Working closely with Sales Training, Marketing, and R&D, this position aims to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes for patients. Responsibilities include managing field-based Clinical Affairs Managers, overseeing case coverage, educational events, and contributing to training program enhancements.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Supervise Clinical Affairs Managers.
  • Manage budget and case coverage responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Conduct training for surgeons and staff.
  • Support various events and activities.
  • Enhance training plans for Sales Territory Managers.
  • Evaluate and mentor sales personnel.
  • Coordinate educational activities.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials.
  • Travel occasionally for business needs.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional training or sales experience.
  • Expertise in surgical devices and urology preferred.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements.

Language and Verbal Skills:
Excellent communication skills.

Math Skills:
Ability to apply mathematical concepts in practical scenarios.

Analytical and Reading Skills:
Capable of problem-solving and data analysis.

Physical Requirements:
Physical demands vary, including sitting, standing, walking, and lifting.

Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with occasional field and laboratory exposure.
