ManTech is seeking a Property and Logistics Lead to support our upcoming contract with The National Security Innovation Network (NSIN) United States (U.S.)

Department of Defense (DoD) program office under the Defense Innovation Unit
This contract seeks to build networks of innovators that generate new solutions to solve national security problems.

NSIN and its mission partners are addressing the technological and operational challenges faced by foreign partners, which may consist of foreign countries and international organizations, through Security Cooperation (SC).

SC, which includes DoD-administered Security Assistance (SA) programs.

SA programs permit the Government to provide defense articles, military educations and training, and other defense related services (i.e., Foreign Military Sales (FMS)) in furtherance of national policies and objectives.

The strategic environment for NSIN and its mission partners is ever-changing, thus requiring solutions that can be rapidly utilized to address changing partnerships, alliances, and world-events.

This position will support the implementation and execution of a full-spectrum SC and SA solutions, for the FMS life cycle, to develop foreign partner capabilities.

This role requires an active DOD Secret clearance
This position is a hybrid role with remote work 90% and local travel to Arlington, VA 10%

General Responsibilities:


Provide management and control of program wide Government property (and its whereabouts), including initiating and maintaining the processes, systems, procedures, records, and methodologies necessary for effective and efficient control and movement.

Coordinate inventory tracking and reporting, lead in the execution of transferring property and maintaining records and ownership.
Other duties as required.
Five years of experience (within the last ten years) performing U.S. Government Property Management for SC and SA programs.
A current certification as Asset Manager by Institute of Asset Management (IAM)

Preferred Skills:


Five years of experience managing and shipping Government property as a contractor or Federal employee in multiple locations both CONUS and OCONUS.


Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
