Patient Care Associate

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Patient Care Associate. As a member of our nursing care team, you will assist patients with their daily activities, provide basic nursing care, and support the implementation of patient care plans.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the nursing team to implement patient care plans, ensuring the well-being of patients and their families.
- Make suggestions for enhancing patient care and maintaining a safe healthcare environment while attending to patients' ADL needs.
- Communicate and document patient information accurately, assisting with various procedures, tests, and treatments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly patient care unit, following safety and infection control protocols at all times.
- Adhere to medical center policies, participate in quality assurance programs, and engage in ongoing education and training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Attendant program or relevant clinical coursework.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions.
- Competency in basic mathematics and operation of medical equipment.
- Capability to assist patients with movement and positioning when necessary.
