As a Custodian/CSR at SBM Management, you will:
  • Take care of floors by vacuuming, mopping, and spot-cleaning carpets
  • Maintain surfaces by dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning windows, mirrors, and more
  • Handle waste removal and ensure proper disposal
  • Perform light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies
  • Follow safety rules and company protocols diligently

Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive floor care, surface care, waste removal, and light maintenance
  • Adherence to safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Professional behavior and appearance at all times
  • Efficiently follow directions and respond to supervision
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of Custodial experience (preferred)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Basic cleaning experience is a plus
  • Basic education or equivalent experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Compensation: $16.45 per hour
