The University of Vermont Health Network, Porter Primary Care, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team as a Float Provider for our practices.
Candidate will be seeing patients of all ages and conditions, both in person and through Telemedicine, at our Primary Care Sites (PC- Vergennes, PC-Middlebury, PC-Brandon and Pediatrics) and our Porter Express Care on the main Porter Medical Center Campus.
This position requires the Provider to work independently seeing patients, but also work collaboratively with all of our offices in order to ensure continuity of care.
Ideal candidates are those who embrace change, innovation and creativity.
Experience with urgent care is desired but not mandatory.
