Summary:

Our New Car Inspectors focus on conducting quality assurance/transportation vehicle inspections by assessing the condition of new vehicles at fixed ports of entry- on the ground or aboard a rail car or vessel (depending on the location). You will assess the vehicle condition of newly manufactured vehicles in route to their final destination and record any minor/ major impact damages, vandalism, factory defects, restraint failure damages, accidents, weather related damages and damages incurred during the transportation process. We process inspections using a mobile device equipped with proprietary inspection software that is convenient to use and easy to learn. This is a great opportunity to get some fresh air as much of our inspecting of vehicles happens outside.

What you will need:
  • Valid state issued driver's license and safe driving record required
  • Ability to work outside during all weather conditions
  • Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up-to 20 lbs without difficulty
  • Regular and consistent availability and attendance
  • Willing to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screening
A Plus:
  • 1-3 years of experience in the automobile field (i.e, body mechanic shop, inspections, etc.)
  • Auto body, paint and mechanical knowledge
