Kaleidoscope ABA is in search of Behavior Technicians to become part of the team at our growing center in Mesa, Arizona. We are excited to invite individuals to contribute to creating a positive impact.

We currently have opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions.

Description: Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. Behavior Technicians will adhere to customized treatment plans and clinical instructions to provide high-quality therapeutic services to children and their families.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification/First Aid certification
  • Completion of Safety Care Training
  • At least 1 year of experience in ASD treatment services for children
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Valid state driver's license and current automobile insurance
Physical Demands:
  • Full physical agility and flexibility to perform required movements
  • Adequate vision for all job responsibilities
  • Capability to lift and transport children weighing between 5 to 50 lbs.
Mental Demands:
  • Effective response to various demands of children, families, and team members
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain accurate documentation
  • Quick and intelligent decision-making skills
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
