About the Role
Techo-Bloc is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to drive hardscape projects within various sectors. In this role, you will:Utilize cutting-edge technologyEngage in personalized relationship buildingElevate brand visibilityConduct educational sessionsUndertake site visits to commercial projectsWe're searching for a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, adept at navigating long sales cycles, proficient in design, and capable of educating clients on our product offerings (training provided).
Our Commercial division is bolstered by an expert team, including marketing professionals, architects, and R&D engineers, to provide tailored solutions and top-notch customer service.
QualificationsBackground in Landscape Architecture preferredProficiency in blueprint readingExperience with CMD, Insight, or Dodge ReportsMinimum of 2 years in B2B salesSkilled in engaging with various stakeholdersEffective negotiation abilitiesProficient in managing sales processesStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsProactive, organized, and solution-orientedExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, CRM)Valid driver's license and clean recordAbility for international travelHome-office role with regular on-site meetings in Greater Chicago areaWhy Join Us
