In this dynamic role at CiminoCare, you will serve as a crucial MedTech/Shift Supervisor in Memory Care, overseeing medication distribution and maintaining a well-organized med room. Your compassionate care for our residents with memory care needs will be at the heart of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director by lending support in organizing and participating in activities as assigned.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS SHIFT SUPERVISOR/LIFE ENRICHMENT ASSISTANT - MEMORY CARE JOB?

To excel in this role as a MedTech/Shift Supervisor in Memory Care at CiminoCare, candidates should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage medication distribution and maintain a well-organized med room. Experience in senior living and dementia care is essential to provide quality care to residents with memory care needs. Proficiency with activities software and tools is necessary to assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning and executing engaging programs for residents.

A genuine passion for working with seniors and a compassionate approach to caregiving are paramount in creating a supportive and enriching environment for our residents. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to upholding integrity and safety standards while delivering high-quality care through compliance.
