Job Scope:

  • Provide various clinical or substance abuse services.
  • Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
  • Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
  • Provide mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • CASAC, CASAC-T, LCSW, LMSW, MHC-LP, MSW-LP
  • 23 years of experience within the behavioral health or substance abuse disorder field
  • 12 years of experience working in in an OASAS funded facility a plus
  • Actionoriented, adaptable, and innovative approach to program planning.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.

Position Status:
This is a Full-Time Exempt Position.
