Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct highenergy spin classes for members of varying fitness levels.
  • Develop and implement class routines that are engaging, challenging, and safe.
  • Provide clear instructions and modifications to ensure all participants can follow along and benefit from the workout.
  • Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Monitor class participants to ensure proper form and technique, providing feedback and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
  • Engage with members before and after classes to build relationships and encourage class attendance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuing education in fitness and spin instruction.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Group Fitness or Spin Instruction (e.g., AFAA, ACE, Spinning, or equivalent).
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Previous experience teaching spin or group fitness classes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create a fun and motivating environment.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
