Primary Role Overview:

The role of a Solutions Delivery Analyst III is vital within our organization. As a technical subject matter expert, you will be responsible for assigned systems, services, and applications in specific functional areas. Your primary task will be to lead Solution Delivery execution for small to mid-sized IT initiatives, partnering with the business to drive value for Ahold Delhaize USA and our Brands. Your responsibilities will include providing second level production support, collaborating with third level engineers as necessary, ensuring operational stability of business services, monitoring supplier performance, and making recommendations for operational improvements in the long run.

Highlights of Responsibilities:
  • Be a Technical SME for various systems, services, and applications in a specified functional area.
  • Lead small to mid-size project solution delivery activities.
  • Drive second and third level technical support for applications and systems.
  • Lead root cause analysis and recommend continuous performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Teams, and business groups for configuration and operational changes.
  • Identify and drive proactive improvements through monitoring tools integration.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or Technical field.
  • 5+ years of equivalent experience in relevant technology field.
  • Experience in guiding, training, or onboarding team members.
  • Ability to work on problems of moderate to complex scope independently.
  • Desire and ability to produce quality work and trace issues effectively.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices.
  • Plus more competencies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced training or certifications in relevant field/s of study.
  • Experience in Agile teams and/or Product/Platform operating model.
  • Previous experience in retail or grocery industry.
  • Experience in team leadership.
