As a Server at our restaurant, you will be responsible for providing good customer service for all guests visiting our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Thorough menu knowledge to answer customer questions and make recommendationsAccurately records customer orders and notes any dietary restrictionsCommunicates with kitchen staff to ensure orders are made in timely mannerAddresses and resolves customer concerns as ableProvides customer feedback to managementProcess payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.

Dining Room Standards:

Safely navigates busy dining rooms to avoid accidentsAssists with tidying tables, and disposing of leftover foodSets and rearranges tables to accomodate larger groups or special eventsUpselling and Promotion:Promote special drink offerings, happy hour deals, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

Encourage guests to explore other attractions and amenities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, bar, or entertainment setting preferredStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests.

Able to stand and walk for extended periods of timeExcellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the operational needs of the family entertainment center.
