In 2024, The Storage Mall continues to grow, with several new locations currently under design and construction.

This growth will create a new demand for maintenance and customer concierge personnel to help support and grow our facilities.

Due to our recent growth, we are actively seeking a new team member.

This person will be responsible for executing high standards of maintenance and curb appeal at our 6 Wisconsin area storage properties.

Properties include Grafton, Pewaukee, Mukwonago, West Bend, Appleton, and Shawano.

This is a full-time position, between 35-40 hours a week, and will require 5 days a week (typically 1-2 properties per day) depending on the number of projects ongoing at the time.

Travel is required, must have a reliable vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.


The maintenance staff is responsible for routine upkeep, janitorial, and light maintenance to possibly include cutting locks, light landscaping, latch or door repair, unit turns and other periodic programs.

They will be active in the delivery of a best in class curb appeal and customer service to our current and future tenant base.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Maintenance Personnel are responsible for traveling to the stores located in the hub including Grafton, Pewaukee, Mukwonago, West Bend, Appleton, and Shawano


Ø This person will be responsible for learning and executing curb appeal operations at 6 of our stores including unit turn overs, locking and unlocking spaces, compliance, landscaping, general repairs and policing the grounds.

Ø Maintain standards of curb appeal to the public, and the market awareness in the surrounding community.

Ø Perform light property maintenance and repairs, trash pickup, shoveling, salting, and communicating with leasing agents.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Great attitude and do whatever it takes mentality
  • Experience in maintenance, or contracting
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Own transportation a must, must be able to travel to all properties.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
