Tact Staff is currently looking for a Travel Nurse RN in Telemetry for a healthcare position in Topeka, Kansas.

Position Overview

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Years Required: 2 years; No first-time travelers accepted Ratios: 1:6 Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule. Floating may be required. No on-call duties. Block scheduling varies. Certification Requirements: BLS, ACLS, Previous charge experience preferred, Trauma Level 1 and 2 experience preferred, 30 beds on unit. Scrub Color: pewter gray. Documentation System: EPIC (mandatory). Required Skills Include IV insulin protocols, Feeding tube care, Renal failure management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care, Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac and Vasoactive drips, PCA, External CPAP/BIPAP, Nasal and Oxygen masks, Airway management, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care.
