LHH Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator for a growing client of ours in the Spokane Area. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing Tier 1 support, onboarding/offboarding processes, hardware and software troubleshooting, overseeing system and account approvals, and ensuring seamless IT operations within our organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in a both Windows and Mac environments , with proficiency in managing systems using Jamf, Okta, and Intune. Customer service is also paramount in this role, as this person would we the first line of contact for internal technical issues.

This would be a contract, on-site role lasting at least one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions and access provisioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, both remotely and in person.
  • Oversee system and account approvals, ensuring compliance with security policies and protocols.
  • Manage and maintain Windows and Mac environments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance the overall IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing Tier 1 support, onboarding/offboarding processes, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Strong expertise in supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
  • Proficiency in managing systems using Jamf, Okta, and Intune or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional) are a plus.

Base pay: $35-40/hr

**Not available for C2C contracts**

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
