Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team this summer.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.


  • Duties include but are not limited to the following:_
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including but not limited to restocking shelves and arranging displays
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
  • Creating and being in social media posts/videos for the store including, tiktoks and instagram.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of technology products is a plus
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an asset
  • Basic math skills for retail calculations
The time needed for this position is full availability from Memorial Day to Labor Day
